Programs Our program consists of a variety of items, including fresh and frozen shrimp with shell on, headless with shell on, peeled, EZ peel, peeled and deveined, tail on/tail off or butterfly. Our fish and other shellfish can be gutted, filleted in various portion sizes, headless or head on. Crabmeat can be fresh, pasteurized, or frozen. Conch and whelk will be cooked, cleaned, frozen and/or sliced. People and Partners We also have preferred relationships with companies that provide fish and other products, both within the United States and abroad. Our shrimp supplier in Ecuador, a pioneer in the farming and distribution of the highest quality of organic shrimp, was among the first shrimp farms in the world to be certified by Natureland. When it comes to buying organic shrimp, there are a limited number of farms certified by Natureland, one of the foremost global promoters of organic agriculture and aquaculture. For our organic products, we buy only from those farms. Natureland’s rigorous organic standards are characterized by a holistic approach, sustainable management, nature conservation and climate protection in actual practice, all of which preserve and maintain the soil, air and water while also protecting consumers.
